xEverything needed to start bonding boots properly, in one box: a 50ml cartridge of ResinTech RT125 harness epoxy, the dual cartridge applicator gun that drives it, and five 85mm static mixing nozzles. Two part epoxy only works when it is mixed and metered right, and this kit is the complete setup, load the cartridge, fit a nozzle, squeeze, done.
What is in the kit:

What it does:
- Bonds Raychem 202K and 222K boots to DR25 and connector backshells
- Seals cable entries and transitions to IP68
- Rated minus 55 to plus 150 degrees C, matched to DR25 and System 25 boots
- Work life 90 minutes, handling strength in 24 hours, full cure 7 days
The gun is a one time buy: after the kit, top up with RT125 cartridges alone. Use it on Raychem boots and DR25 for the properly bonded, fully sealed harness finish.
