12Volt Motorsports is a custom car wiring and performance vehicle electrical specialist based in Altona Meadows in Melbourne's western suburbs. We design, build, document and install wiring systems for show cars, muscle cars, classic restorations, drag cars, race cars and high-performance street cars.

For performance and show builds, we specialise in clean engine bay wiring, hidden wiring, ECU installation, PDM wiring and power distribution systems that are designed around the vehicle instead of being routed as an afterthought.
We work with Haltech ECUs and Nexus VCUs, FuelTech ECUs, Holley Dominator ECUs, CAN bus systems, digital dashes, CAN keypads, sensors and power distribution modules.
Every wiring system is designed, built and tested in-house. Harnesses are bench tested before installation, then checked, configured and validated once installed in the vehicle.
We use professional wiring materials including Tefzel M22759/32 wire, Raychem DR25 heatshrink, Deutsch connectors, Sumitomo W5DL adhesive heatshrink and professional crimped connections.
Completed jobs can include documentation such as connector pinouts and wire colours, with build records retained for future servicing, fault finding and upgrades.
12Volt Motorsports supplies and installs the same professional wiring products we use in our own workshop builds.
