Buy Tefzel Wire Bundles in Australia

Nearly every harness order we pack looks the same: a length of every colour in the customer's working gauge. So we made it one product. Tefzel bundles give you all ten colours of genuine M22759/32 in a single order, cut fresh from the same Melbourne reels we sell by the metre and build our own customer harnesses from.

Why Colour Packs Exist

A professional harness is colour coded, every circuit traceable at a glance, years after it was built. That takes every colour on the bench before you start, and ordering ten separate products gets old fast. One pack, full palette, and the loom gets wired the way the factory would do it. The convenience is the whole point: our per metre rates already beat the competition, so the pack costs the same as buying each colour separately.

Current Packs

Pack Contents Best for
Starter Pack, 22 AWG10m of all 10 colours, 100m totalSensor and signal wiring, ECU inputs
Starter Pack, 20 AWG10m of all 10 colours, 100m totalThe all rounder: sensors, solenoids, light loads

More gauges and longer packs join the range as demand calls for them. Need a size that is not here yet? Call us and we will cut it as a custom pack.

Bundle or By the Metre?

Starting a build or stocking the bench: the bundle, full palette in one hit. Topping up one circuit colour, or wiring in a gauge outside the packs: by the metre, every colour and size individually. Power runs and battery feeds sit outside colour pack territory altogether, size those with the battery cable guide.

Where a Colour Pack Fits in Your Build

Plan the circuits, pick wire sizes with the voltage drop calculator and the Tefzel ampacity chart, and the pack covers the signal and sensor side of the whole car. Lay out the bundle with the concentric twist calculator, join circuits with open barrel splices, and sleeve the finished runs in Raychem DR25. One order for the colours, one page for each step after.

Frequently Asked Questions

Where can I buy Tefzel wire bundles in Australia?

12Volt Motorsports builds Tefzel colour packs from our own Melbourne wire stock, genuine M22759/32 in every colour, shipped Australia-wide, usually same or next business day.

What colours are in the packs?

All ten colours we stock: black, white, red, blue, green, yellow, orange, brown, grey and violet. Full colour coding for a serviceable harness, one order.

Which gauge should I choose?

22 AWG suits sensor and signal wiring, 20 AWG is the all rounder for sensors, solenoids and light loads, and larger gauges carry more current. Size by the load: run your circuit through our voltage drop calculator and check the Tefzel ampacity chart, both free in the resources library.

Is the wire in continuous lengths?

Yes. Each colour comes as one continuous length cut fresh from the reel, not offcuts or joined pieces.

Is it genuine M22759/32?

Yes. The same genuine mil spec Tefzel wire we sell by the metre and build our own customer harnesses with, tinned copper, 150 degrees C, 600V, fluid resistant ETFE insulation.

Will there be more sizes and pack lengths?

Yes. The bundle range grows with demand, more gauges and longer packs, so if the size you need is not here yet, call us and we will cut it as a custom pack anyway.

Can I still buy single colours by the metre?

Always. Every colour and gauge sells individually in the wire collection, the bundles just save you adding ten products to the cart.

Do you ship Tefzel bundles Australia-wide?

Yes. Melbourne stock, shipped to Sydney, Brisbane, Adelaide, Perth, Canberra, Hobart, Darwin and everywhere in between.
