Sumitomo W5DL Dual Wall Glue Lined Heatshrink 1/8" (3.2mm)

Sumitomo W5DL 1/8" dual wall glue lined heatshrink tubing. The smallest size in the W5DL range, the 1/8" is ideal for sealing individual wire splices, small connector back shells and tight branch transitions in motorsport wiring harnesses. The inner adhesive wall melts and flows around wires and terminals upon heat application, filling voids and creating a watertight seal. Direct alternative to Raychem SCL, sharing the same AMS-DTL-23053/4 Class 1 military specification.

Supplied internal diameter: 3.2mm. Recovered internal diameter: approximately 1.0mm. Fits wire and harness bundles up to 3.2mm before recovery. Shrink ratio: 3:1. Shrink temperature: 140 degrees C. Operating temperature range: -55 degrees C to +110 degrees C. Material: semi-rigid dual wall polyolefin with meltable encapsulant inner wall. Colour: Black. Certifications: UL, RoHS, AMS-DTL-23053/4 Class 1.
