OEM replacement 2 pin connector for late model GM PWM controlled alternators. Suits Bosch alternators fitted to VZ, VE Commodore, Gen IV LS2, LS3 and related applications from approximately 2006 onwards. The 2 pin housing carries the L (command) and F (field duty cycle feedback) signals. The ECU sends a 5V, 128Hz PWM signal on the L terminal to command the alternator output voltage anywhere from 11V to 15.5V. Without a valid PWM signal the alternator defaults to approximately 13.7V. A standalone alternator control module or an aftermarket ECU with PWM alternator control output is required to command these alternators correctly. Supplied with connector housing and terminals.
