This module does everything the standard LS PWM Alternator Controller does, plus it integrates common pull-up resistors required for external ECU sensors. It is designed to simplify wiring when running Holley or similar ECUs that rely on external pull-ups for certain inputs.
It allows you to:
Run a PWM-controlled LS alternator without an ECU
Or run a standard alternator excite
And cleanly wire external sensors that require 5 V pull-up resistors, without adding inline resistors or messy splices
The unit generates the alternator control internally and provides regulated 5 V pull-ups for sensor inputs.
Ignition-switched operation. Power it with key-on 12 V and it handles the rest.
