Sumitomo W5DL Dual Wall Glue Lined Heatshrink 3/16" (4.8mm)

Sumitomo W5DL 3/16" dual wall glue lined heatshrink tubing. The 3/16" size suits small harness branch boots, multi-wire splice protection and connector back shell sealing in motorsport wiring applications. The meltable inner adhesive wall encapsulates and seals around conductors, terminals and splice joints when heat is applied. Direct alternative to Raychem SCL, sharing the same AMS-DTL-23053/4 Class 1 military specification.

Supplied internal diameter: 4.8mm. Recovered internal diameter: approximately 1.6mm. Fits wire and harness bundles up to 4.8mm before recovery. Shrink ratio: 3:1. Shrink temperature: 140 degrees C. Operating temperature range: -55 degrees C to +110 degrees C. Material: semi-rigid dual wall polyolefin with meltable encapsulant inner wall. Colour: Black.
