Sumitomo W5DL Dual Wall Glue Lined Heatshrink 3/4" (19.1mm)

Sumitomo W5DL 3/4" dual wall glue lined heatshrink tubing. The 3/4" size covers large main trunk sealing on complex multi-branch harnesses, bulkhead pass-through sealing and large format connector back shell protection in motorsport applications. At this size the adhesive inner wall carries a significant volume of encapsulant that flows around and between conductors to fill any voids completely. Direct alternative to Raychem SCL, sharing the same AMS-DTL-23053/4 Class 1 military specification.

Supplied internal diameter: 19.1mm. Recovered internal diameter: approximately 6.4mm. Fits wire and harness bundles up to 19.1mm before recovery. Always recover from the centre outward on this size to ensure even shrinkage. The adhesive will be very hot during recovery and will burn skin on contact. Allow to cool fully before handling. Shrink ratio: 3:1. Shrink temperature: 140 degrees C. Operating temperature range: -55 degrees C to +110 degrees C. Material: semi-rigid dual wall polyolefin with meltable encapsulant inner wall.
