Sumitomo W5DL Dual Wall Glue Lined Heatshrink 3/8" (9.5mm)

Sumitomo W5DL 3/8" dual wall glue lined heatshrink tubing. The 3/8" size suits medium harness trunk sealing, larger branch transitions and multi-branch boot applications in motorsport wiring builds. The meltable inner adhesive layer flows and encapsulates conductors fully when heat is applied, providing strain relief and environmental sealing without permanently bonding to the substrate. Direct alternative to Raychem SCL, sharing the same AMS-DTL-23053/4 Class 1 military specification.

Supplied internal diameter: 9.5mm. Recovered internal diameter: approximately 3.2mm. Fits wire and harness bundles up to 9.5mm before recovery. Shrink ratio: 3:1. Shrink temperature: 140 degrees C.
